Users are free to use Sunce Wallet as they see fit, within the scope of actions permitted by the Stellar blockchain. The application imposes no additional obligations or rights on users beyond what is inherent in the Stellar blockchain's functioning.

Intellectual Property

The concept of intellectual property in relation to this application is considered an oxymoron. Users are encouraged to make their own decisions regarding this matter.

The developers of Sunce Wallet declare their honest intentions in the development and maintenance of this application. However, no guarantees are provided regarding its functionality, security, or reliability. Users utilize the application at their own risk.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact the developers via email at [email protected] for resolution through negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the MTL Court (https://t.me/MTL_Court) utilizing its feedback bot (https://t.me/MTLA_Court_bot) for further assistance.

Modifications to Terms

Users must review and accept the updated terms and conditions upon application updates. Continuation of Sunce Wallet use after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.
